I was told on one vehicle they were not able to complete an alignment due to a left front tire rod end and questioned this but spent the $270 to have it done the following day. Took my second vehicle to them to have two new tires and a front end alignment and again they failed to do the alignment bc I supposedly needed 2 tire rod ends . Seeing as how they were running short on time in both cases I questioned this again so I took it to fire stone for a second opinion and they lined it up with no problems at all and claimed my tire rod ends were perfectly fine . So needless to say I will not be back at Gibson's of Millbrook.
Over many years I have found Gipson’s to be reliable and quick for oil changes, tire rotations, tire sales and alignments. I also appreciate the ability to book appointments online. The manager is friendly and helpful.
Got me in without an appointment. Had the tires rotated and pulled a nail out of one. Done in a couple hours.
I've been to Gipson's in Millbrook several times and each and every time have been more than satisfied with their service. Whether it was just having them check my tire pressure, an oil change or more extensive repairs they've been professional, friendly and above all honest. Our dealership recommended a repair be done to one of our vehicles as well as new brakes. Gipson's not only did the repair for less than what the dealership quoted but was also able to offer a discount to their initial quote. They also informed me the brakes did not need to be replaced at the time. I will continue to take our
