There was only one stylist there. Anita did not know what she was doing at all and did not bother to tell us. I took my two sons (15 and 16 year olds) for hair cuts. My oldest went first and asked for a 0 on the sides and a 3 on top. She chopped his hair up! It was unevenly cut everywhere and she cut his left ear. When she gave him the mirror I was confused because he definitely did not looked finished. So when I asked her if she was finished and she said yes. I asked her if she could fade it and she said she did not know how to do that yet. What?! She shouldn't have even touched his hair if she didn't know what she was doing. Then when I tried to teach/explain to her how to do a fade (I've cut hair many times) she was rude. I will never visit a SmartStyle salon ever again. This was so unprofessional. I can not believe this woman was left alone in that salon if she didn't know what she was doing. Needless to say I did not allow her to cut my other sons hair. We ended up going to the Cuts by Us across the parking lot so that they can FIX it.
