Terrible service, Period. Warrantied equipment brought by for repair left sitting for a week unfixed. And the ignition left turned on so the battery ran down. Pretty sure that they didn't care either. Highly recommend you take your equipment elsewhere.
This is the third time I had my mower with them (under warranty)for different problems. They are very slow always takes them at least 2+ weeks to fix. They told me they are under new management (no better).
Have ur mower taken to a different repair shop
I bought a used mower from these guys and the engine broke after 5 mows. I called several times to get a used short block or at least parts to fix and never have they call me back. I do not recommend this place unless you have months to wait on an answer or grow old getting a phone call back
