The staff is very professional, the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The provider I saw, Rick Lauderdale was very attentive to my issue. I highly recommend this practice! Great job staff!
I went here the first time today with sinusitis and bronchitis. The staff was great and very curtious. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

I've been here two different times. The first time I brought my son and they saw him very quickly and they were very polite. Today I brought my sister in because she had the flu. We got here at 1:30 and it is now almost 5pm and we still haven't left. It took us 2 hours to get called back, another 30 to see the doctor and the rest of the time we were just waiting for them to tell us what was wrong with her so that we could leave. Nobody even came back in our room until I went out into the hall and said something. It's almost like they forgot that we were in here. The people here have been very nice but the wait time was far too long for them to not be very busy.
I was told that the wait for walk-in s would be about an hour...I have been here for 3 hours and have yet to be seen. Will definitely register for TELADOC to avoid unreasonable lengthy waits in the future.
