Be prepared for a long wait even if the place is empty and you are the only one in the drive thru. Food is okay, but the employees attitudes are very dismissive and employee breaks come before the customer's order. Be prepared that the person cooking your food is on break every time you visit the restaurant and the person at the front can't drop some fries or a chicken patty. The cook must come back before the order can be made.
I guess quality customer service means holding 3 cars in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes only to tell me they stop serving breakfast at 10:30, well the line was moving like it should have I could have gotten there before 10:30, will never visit this Hardee's ever again.

They were out of ketchup and mustard. Hamburgers and french fries are just nasty without ketchup and mustard. Also the buns had a sweet taste I didn't like. Prices are way too high for the quality and portion sizes. Service was great though. Employees were friendly and efficient considering what they had to work with and the place was clean.
Most horrible Hardee's visit ever in any of the many cities and states . Order wrong, I paid her and she gave my change to another in my party. Brought food and left at different table than where we were sitting. Asked two different people for some lemon for my drink. Never received. Sent my Grandson to counter and they told him they would bring it to the table. Never received. I will never go to the Hwy 14 Millbrook Hardee's ever. the time was around 2 p.m. Monday.
