On 12/2/17 i ordered 24 birthday cupcakes for a party on 12/3/17 however when they arrived to the destination they are FROZEN!!!! So i called and she was like, no mam they are not frozen, they were in the cooler. Ah, yes they ARE!!! the candles wont even go in!!!! She was like, well i dont know what to tell you. ARE FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!! no time to do anything else... DO NOT USE THIS BAKERY...Millbrook, Al.
This location is hands down the best I've shopped at out of this and surrounding counties. Their store is always clean, organized and stocked. The staff is amazing! They are so friendly and down to earth. Love the guy that walks around singing :) Keep up the good work management and staff! Your community is very happy and pleased :)
The new Star Wars stuff has the kids wanting to go grocery shopping. Many folks here recognize you and say hi. Nice place. Bathroom could be cleaner.
The produce is usually old, rotisserie chickens bloody and sandwich meat green. The dairy section is in great shape and the eggs are never broken. We generally do basic shopping here and go elsewhere for produce or sandwich meat. There is never help at the customer service desk. The bakery, deli and seafood counters are very friendly and helpful.
