The staff here is amazing, so kind and helpful. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Room was large and comfortable, breakfast was good all three days. Hotel was clean and fresh. I am definitely staying here any time I have an excuse to visit!!
A little difficult to get to and they were resurfacing part of the parking lot but so worth the effort. There was a mix up in my reservation through Expedia but the staff was amazing. Not only did they waive the cancellation fee with Expedia, they gave me a room upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the typical hotel free breakfast, nothing to rave about but perfectly adequate. I want to give recognition to Tina, the desk clerk on duty when I checked in (10/12/17). She made what could have been a stressful situation in to a very positive experience. If I need to spend the night in the area again, I will definitely stay here.
Room was clean, staff very helpful. Location is easily accessible from interstate and also easy to pull out of their parking lot back onto the Highway. Breakfast was tasty and had several options. Nice indoor pool.
I stay in this hotel on an average of 4 nights a week and have done so for several months. I stay here because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed here so much, I get the same room every week. The owner will chat with you as well as the front desk staff which makes me feel like family. The hotel and parking lot have been undergoing renovations and is looking much better now. The ultimate thing for me is the fresh cookies made each afternoon. I will get me some raisin cookies and retire to my comfy room. No complaints here.
Staff is super sweet and hotel is very nice. The cleanliness and upkeep of the place is amazing! Can't wait to see the finished updated look, because it already looks really good as of now! This hotel has just made another loyal customer!
