Dean was invaluable during our time searching for, and eventually purchasing, our home. He always had the answers we needed when we asked (or was quick with finding the information if he didn't have it on hand) and when we weren't sure how to proceed. In fact, a house that he recommended to us eventually became the house we bought - which he accomplished by listening to our needs and drawing on his experience.
