I had them as a property manager and they did nothing other than collect a check and then send it to me. When I asked for things, they often lied that they were going to do them or didn't do as requested. I never got any feedback on the tenants or even what needed done after tenants moved out. I had to switch property managers and clean the house myself after the tenants moved out. I feel robbed! Absolutely horrible...can not recommend.
